You will have 2 calls per month for any Project/Repair to your house.
Detail: You don’t need to be a member of our company to enjoy any work that we provide. The membership is just a plus in case you need something simple in the future you will be covered!!!
Each call will give you a $500 credit for a project /repair (labor only ), you will call us and we set up a day and time to do a visit to your house, after we check the Project/repair we will send you a quote. If the value is $500 or less you are cover on labor and you will only need to pay for any materials need it for the project the labor is entire free.
If the project/repair that you are planning to do exceeds the $500, you will only pay the difference plus materials, example if you call us and you want to replace a door and the labor is $800 to install you only pay $300 on labor and the cost for the door.

We don’t only do regular repairs we do lot things inside your house that sometimes you as a customer get frustrated or if hire someone they will charge a minimum fee that sometimes could cost over $300. As a member you can rest assured that we got everything cover for you.
Projects covered under membership:
- Fixture light installation
- Faucet installation (bathroom or kitchen)
- Toilet installation (toilet must be on site)
- Touch up paint
- Floor fixing (small repairs)
- Door knob installation
- Baseboard repair
- Garbage disposal installation
- Wall mount TVs, mirrors etc…
- Switches and outlets upgrade

For all the other repair that exceed the membership credit. You only pay the difference.
NOTE:
All of the projects/repairs must be inspected from a Sky flooring Employee to make sure they fit under the regulations that Sky Flooring Inc promote.
